The term for this lease commences 9/21/19 (the standard fall term move-in date at The Retreat).
I am unable to use my lease. The management at the Retreat have kindly allowed me to transfer it. The lease will be between you and the Retreat (this is not a subletting arrangement I will be out of the picture ).
Not looking to make any money here – just transfer the lease.
